Note: The Foster Family Community Health Center opens at 9am on Saturdays. Consequently, early-birds that tend to arrive at meetings early had to wait at the door until 9am. We need to keep this in mind if we schedule subsequent Board Meetings before the normal monthly meeting.

- May 2026 Open House:
- Discuss NCR’s latest NMRA meeting Division Standards. (Sent to all officers)
Paul
- Google Workspace discussion
- NMRA Corporate wants divisions to standardize on Google Workspace instead of Zoom.
Keith and Al
- Certificates of Appreciation or Mug:
- I had a discussion with Pete, Paul, and Keith about ordering some Mugs with the NMRA and Division Logo on them versus making special Certificates for NMRA members.
- Mugs would be given (in person) to anyone who has obtained at least 10 years ofmembership. You must be present at a division meeting to get your mug. (We are not going to ship them to anyone).
- Pete thought it was a great idea and suggested that we also give an “in person” clinic host a mug.
- I told Pete that we needed Board approval to spend the Division funds. (They would be about $10.00 each). Pete than offered to purchase 36 of the Mugs. Thanks Pete!
- Pete also suggested that we order 36 additional Mugs to have extra’s on hand instead of paying for the set-up fees again.
T.J. and Michael
- Discuss Fall 2026/Winter 2027 Clinics:
- Keith Aleo has offered to do a Palmetto Tree Clinic.
- Discuss a future make and take clinic?
- Location and type of AV Equipment that is available in Gaylord. (Michael?)
David
- Has the Debit Card been activated?
- Paul says that it did not work when trying to purchase software for our website.

- Who do help next in trying to obtain AP Certificates?
